Configuration Save and Restore

This page allows you to save your current settings to a single .tgz file for more portability and usability. It is wise to backup your configuration after any change. It can be used also to set up several with same or similar configuration.

To backup the configuration file

Click the Backup button, choose the location for saving your configuration file (*.tgz), and then click Save. The configuration file name format is: kconfig-yyyymmdd.tgz, with a timestamp in it.

To upload the configuration file

Hit the Browse button to browse to the location of the update file (kconfig-yyyymmdd.tgz) and then click Upload . You will be prompted for a reboot when the upload process is complete. Reboot to validate the new configuration.
