The default IP address for the TEW-713RE is 192.168.10.100. During the initial configuration you can also login to the TEW-736RE by typing "tew-736re.TRENDnet" in the address bar of your browser window....
The default username and password are both admin.
Press and hold the reset button located on the bottom of the TEW-713RE for 15 seconds to reset it to default values.
The default values are as follows:
IP Address: 192.168.10.100
Username: admin
Password: admin
