The firmware download is only applicable to hardware version v1.xR. The hardware version (H/W) is printed on the device label located on the rear panel. Confirm that your device is H/W: v1.xR before uploading this firmware. Uploading this firmware to hardware version v2.x devices will cause the devices to become inoperable. Please refer to the v2.xR product page for firmware downloads compatible with v2.xR devices.
