The move is intended to increase the level of support and customer satisfaction for TRENDnet customers by ensuring they have a successful set-up experience out-of-the-box. In particular, the popularity of wireless networking and TRENDnet’s growth in U.S. and Canadian retail channels has attracted a large number of buyers who are new to networking technology. By offering assistance 24 hours a day, after normal business hours, customers can have any of their questions answered any time of day, 365 days a year.
