The TU-ET10 connects 10Mbps network and the TU-ET100 seamlessly connect to either a 10Mbps Ethernet network or a 100Mbps Fast Ethernet network without any user intervention. Installation and use are further simplified with out-of-the-box bus feature to connecting computer peripherals. There are no needs to open the case of their computer and to set IRQs. This feature represents the simplest way to network using IEEE 802.3 Ethernet or IEEE 802.3µ Fast Ethernet standards.

Power for this device is provided directly by the USB bus, eliminating the need for an external power adapter. It can be plugged into any USB host or hub port that provides 500mA current as defined in the USB specifications as a high-powered USB device.
