TRENDnet Launches a New Packaging Design and Metallic Blue Product Color for their TRENDnet’s Product Line

Torrance, CA – May 16, 2003 —TRENDnet, a leading manufacturer of networking products worldwide, today announced its new packaging design and product color for the “New LOOK” in the future of TRENDnet’s Products. TRENDnet’s product team works hard to not only deliver a great product but to also ensure that the product is delivered in quality form. This includes the product design, color, and packaging that it is presented in.

TRENDnet’s new packaging design is attractive, professional, and appealing to the consumer. Each product will be packaged with one design, but with different color codes to distinguished the different product groups. For the wired products, the color group will be Blue. For the Wireless products, the color will be Green. And for all other products, the packaging color will be Red. This will help differentiate TRENDnet’s wide range of product lines.

The packaging box details the product features and necessary equipments. The packaging also includes the product description in six difference languages to reach TRENDnet’s customers worldwide. The languages are English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, and Italian.

TRENDnet also decided to change the color of the product itself from the standard charcoal gray to a more attractive metallic blue. All the SOHO products will soon be metallic blue representing the “NEW LOOK” for TRENDnet. Repackaging all the products will be a continuing process. The first product to be shipped with the new packaging will be TRENDnet’s TK-205i 2-Port KVM Switch with Integrated Cables. The first product to be launched with the blue metallic color will be TRENDnet’s TE100-PS1U 10/100Mbps Multiprotocol USB Print Server.
