Why can't I seem to get the plug-in installed using Google Chrome?

The browser needs to be shut down to install the plug-in and may still be running in the back ground. Right click on the Chrome icon located in your system tray and uncheck Let Google Chrome run in the background. When you shut down Chrome is should finish the install. Alternately you can use your task manager to shut down running instances of the browser or restart your computer.
