Important Note (Please Read First): If you are currently upgrading your device from a firmware version older than version 2.1.3, DO NOT use Internet Explorer(IE) version 8 or 9 web browsers to upgrade this firmware. Web browser compatiblity issues were found in firmware versions older than version 2.1.3 when upgrading to version 2.1.1 or above. Please use an older version of Internet Explorer (i.e. IE7) or use Firefox (i.e. Firefox 7) when upgrading to firmware version 2.1.3. While performing the update, if you receive a “Checking free memory…” notification, please allow the firmware upgrade process to proceed. Do not disconnect the unit or close the web browser for 6 minutes. The LED’s will cycle after the firmware update has completed.
