TRENDnet Visits 3 Continents, 4 Seminars in 2 Months!

Torrance, CA - July 11, 2002 — TRENDnet takes pride in their worldwide partners. Within the last two months, TRENDnet visited three continents, four countries, and participated in four product seminars. TRENDnet believes in good partner relations and takes a full active roll in the meaning of “Partnership.”

Throughout the months of May and June, TRENDnet’s partners held seminars to educate their sales and customers about TRENDnet products. TRENDnet supports their partners by sending representatives to the event as speakers, technicians, and attendees. Seminars were held in China, Estonia, Colombia, and Morocco.

	BEIJING, China – TRENDnet China held a product training Seminar at their Beijing office on May 14-15, 2002. This two day training event was given by, TRENDnet’s Product Manager, Sonny Su to over 40 engineers from 25 distributors within China. The seminar covered all TRENDnet products including the latest Copper Gigabit Switches, Fiber Media Converters, Wireless LAN, Firewall Router, and new Internet Camera Servers. Day two included Product Demonstrations, Hands-On Training, and a Product Knowledge Test at the end of the course. TRENDnet certificates were presented to those who passed to acknowledge them as TRENDnet Certified Product Specialist.
	TALLINN, Estonia – A Kaabel AS held a TRENDnet product seminar at the Radisson Hotel in Tallinn, Estonia on May 22, 2002. This seminar was to provide their customers with a presentation on TRENDnet’s company and products with a focus on new technologies such as gigabit and wireless solutions. Pei Huang (President) and Stefan Throm (International Sales Account Executives) from TRENDnet as well as Mardis Tarvas (CEO) and Priit Koppel (Product Manager) from A Kaabel presented this four hour long seminar.
	BOGOTA, Colombia – Organized by Ricardo Quintero, General Manager of TRENDnet Columbia, a Wireless and Fiber Product Seminar was held at the Hotel Dann Carlton in Bogota on May 23, 2002. The seminar provided over 235 customers and engineers an introduction to TRENDnet’s Wireless LAN and Fiber Media Converters. A second seminar was held at Piloto University where 140 engineering students attended to learn the latest technologies from TRENDnet. TRENDnet’s Technology Director, Brian Chu and TRENDnet Mexico General Manager, Jamie Castro were there to perform the set up and network as well as answer technical questions during the seminar.
	CASABLANCA, Morocco – Siliconal Company held a seminar at the Royal Mensort LE Meridien Hotel in Casablanca on June 13, 2002. The seminar was presented to over 120 customers of Major Banks, Government, IT Companies and IT magazines that were interested in learning more about TRENDnet’s products and new technologies. Pei Huang (President) and Stephanie Xian (International Sales Manager) attended this event and gave presentations on TRENDnet’s product lines.
