Can the TFC-1000MGA with a gigabit SFP module be connected to fast Ethernet switch?

Yes, the TFC-1000MGA is capable of negotiating a gigabit fiber connection to a 100Mbps copper connection.

Note: Fiber port speed is not auto-negotiable. The speed is dictated by the SFP module.
