NDAA/TAA Compliant

TRENDnet’s SFP Dual Wavelength Single Mode LC Modules are compatible with standard SFP slots found on network switches and fiber converters. Each single mode BiDi SFP transceiver is equipped with a simplex LC fiber connection interface, and supports high-speed data rates up to 1.25Gbps. All TRENDnet SFP fiber modules support connections for reliable, long-distance network applications.

Compatibility

Hot-pluggable with an MSA compliant SFP slot, and compatible with fiber cables with LC-type simplex connectors.

Network setup involving two switches, a media converter, and two SFP modules labeled TEG-MGBS10D3 and TEG-MGBS10D5. The TEG-MGBS10D3 module is connected to the first switch, while the TEG-MGBS10D5 module is connected to the media converter, which then connects to the second switch. The setup illustrates the connection between these devices using cables and highlights the necessity of pairing the TEG-MGBS10D3 module with the TEG-MGBS10D5 module or another compatible module.
Close-up view of a Small Form-Factor Pluggable (SFP) transceiver module with two annotations. The first annotation points to the LC Simplex (single strand) connector type. The second annotation indicates compliance with SFP and Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) standards. The module has a metallic casing and a barcode label on the top.

Fiber Distance

Ideal for long-range networking distances up to 10km (6.21 mi.)
