TRENDnet's 1GE GPON ONU, model TG-201G, is designed for use with FTTH (fiber to the home) applications and is used as customer premises equipment (CPE).

The TRENDnet 1GE GPON ONU, model TG-201G, has LED indicators on the front labeled PWR, PON, LOS, and LAN. The rear view shows the GPON port (SC/APC connector), an RJ-45 10/100/1000 Mbps Auto MDI-X Ethernet port, a reset button, a power port, and an on/off power button.
