TRENDnet's Domotz Pro Box is a remote network monitoring and management system that allows integrators and IT professionals to easily detect and troubleshoot network and device problems in real-time. Gain full control over your customer's network through this powerful system which detects and monitors all IP devices. Remotely access connected devices, manage device power, perform network diagnostics, and be alerted in real-time about network and device issues.

The layout for an online office network and device monitoring system is divided into six sections. The top section reads Office Online and All Important Devices Online. Below this, there are five labeled sections: Devices with an icon of a computer and tablet, Network with a globe icon, Alerts with a bell icon, Collaboration with an icon of three people, and Customer management with a headset icon. Each section has a right-facing arrow indicating further options or details.

Network and Device Monitoring

TRENDnet's Domotz Pro Box monitors all IP devices on any network; device status is checked every 30 seconds. Changes to device and network status are reported in real-time, and are visible from both mobile and web apps.

The diagram illustrates a network setup for remote device cloud access. It shows a laptop, a network switch, a router, and a security camera all connected to the internet. The laptop, router, and security camera are connected to the network switch, which in turn is connected to the internet. This setup allows for remote access and monitoring of devices through the cloud.

Remote Device Cloud Access

Remotely access web, desktop, and console devices in one-click. The software supports remote connectivity to devices using HTTP, HTTPS, RDP, SSH and Telnet connections. There is no need to configure router settings, and no VPN is required. The built-in software supports remote desktop, enabling you to conveniently access client machines via an encrypted connection.

The interface displays a section of a PoE switch with four ports labeled Port 1, Port 2, Port 3, and Port 4. Each port has a toggle switch indicating its power status. Port 1 and Port 3 have their switches in the off position, while Port 2 and Port 4 are on. The setup is designed for remote power management, allowing users to control the power status of each port individually.

Remote Power Management

With the Domotz Pro Box software's PoE functionality, power cycle individual ports on a managed network switch. Remotely power cycle devices and reboot them directly via the apps. Use the auto Wake-on-Lan feature, to wake up devices as soon as they are found offline.
