If your mouse is not responding, not detected or there is a mouse error check the following:

- Make sure that your mouse is properly connected to the computer and to the KVM Switch. Check that your mouse is plugged into the PS/2 mouse port and not the PS/2 keyboard port.
- Connect your mouse to the computer directly to verify that it is working
- If you are having trouble with the mouse movement, try resetting the Switch by pressing Scroll Lock + Scroll Lock + End.
- Make sure that you do not move the mouse or press any mouse buttons when Switching from one PC to another.
- Try resetting the mouse by unplugging it from the KVM for approximately 5 seconds and reconnect it.
