The utility cannot find my print server. What should I do?

- Make sure your Router and wireless network is properly working.
- Verify that your computer is properly connected to your network.
- Make sure that the print server is turned on and is connected to your network
- Close the utility and re-open it
- Disable any software firewalls to see if they are blocking the discovery process. If they are, you should have received a pop up to allow the utility access to the network. Ensure you grant the utility permission to function on the network.
