Log into the camera by entering the camera's IP address into your web browser.  The default IP address is https://192.168.10.30.  The default username and password are both "admin".

Click on Setup then click on PAN/TILT on the left hand side.  On this page you can change the steps from 1 to 20 for pan and tilt. After you have made the changes, click Apply.
